Our Little Pentecostal ... or Aerobics Instructor?

Praise the Lord ... Hallelujah!

Stretching it out ... now let's get moving ...

And one and two and one and two ... ??? ... Where does he get this stuff? Such a little entertainer ... always a new trick for the day.

Good Eats!

The boy's an eater ... just like Mom and Dad. Just over a week into it and he's put away a good share of rice cereal (above), peas, sweet potatoes and prunes (below). Had him backed up, way back, for a couple of days, but we seem to be 'all systems go' now. :)

Playing with Dinosaurs ... and Other Fun at the Ranch

Ride 'em cowboy! ... or something like that!

New bouncer/walker toy borrowed from our dear neighbor landlord friends. Big hit!

Yet another chance to work those leg muscles. That bulk has got to be good for something. :)

Bird Food and Balancing Act

Dad, seriously ... what are you doing to me?! These peas are for the birds! How about something a little sweeter, not quite so healthy perhaps?

Whoa .... oooaa. Working on my balance.

Fun with Family in Boise

Daddy's boy.

Time with Grandpa ...

Winchester Lake State Park on the way back home to Spokane.

Uncle Scot's 40th

The big race on the big day!

Fortunate to have such a creative fan club / support staff! Sarah, you are hilarious!

Palouse Falls

Palouse Falls campout on the way to Boise. First of many for Caleb we hope ... though LAST time with the 1" backpack mats ... what exactly were we thinking?! Time to trade in the romance of backpacking to make room for the comfort of family/car camping.

The morning after ... aching bones for Mom and Dad ... Caleb thought he woke up in Disneyland.

Weekend Away

Wenatchee weekend at Elaine's Homestyle "Bed and Breakfast." Fun, friends, fellowship. Great time away.

Salty, Sweet ... and Please Pass the Veggies!

He watches us so intently now as we eat. Thought we'd let him explore some of the pleasure of taste. This was a test to be sure he was indeed our little boy. Sure enough, seems he'll love eating as much as we do!

Mmm, new taste. I like almonds. Hey Daddy, I don't think he's supposed to eat salt.

Mmm, even better! Sweet oranges. Oh no, not sugar. Dad has decided to start his addictions early in life.

Green Bluff peaches. Can't be beat!

Ahhh yes ... and here's our momma's boy reaching for the veggies. Now that's a good boy, Caleb. :)

Pure joy, yes! ... with just a touch of drool! Proof positive ... he is our son!

Saturday at Green Bluff

Three years in the coming, we finally made a trip to Green Bluff, right here in our own backyard. Beautiful taste of country just north of the city.

Mommy's Little Helper

Started by helping me fold the laundry ... ended up trying to eat the first thing he got his hands on ... which happened to be a pair of undies. Go figure.

Look, I Found My Feet! ... and My Voice!

Hey ... look what I found!

Learning to "talk"... yeah right. Scream and squawk is more like it. Here he is giving me the business. Note to self: be sure to lower voice pitch when talking to him. Did he learn this from me? ... seriously. However and from whomever, he sure has found a way to get our attention! Wow Caleb, we're going to have to work on that!
