Fun with Bapa

Mommy's energy is waning (explained by 36-week photos below!) ... so we are ALL so glad Bapa is here to play and work with us! Thank you so much, Bapa! We still anxiously await the arrival of our other dear 'Bapa' too!

Now this is just plain comical! ... or disgusting ... you decide. :) We still love you, Mommy! ... and we sure are excited to meet my two baby sisters!

And Daddy still loves you too!

Grandma is introducing me to playdoh and some fun new tools! She has more tricks up her sleeve! Anything new, I'm 100% game!

Oh, I like to check for lint and toe jam whenever my socks are off. Strange new developments.
This guy hangs out across the street from the post office. Today we went to check him out.

Oh, and then our neighbor had some puppies to share with us too.

Giving loves.
Taking a closer look from INSIDE the dog house!

Giving loves.

Helping Mommy measure and cut some light-blocking fabric for my room. Hmm ... what's this all about? I sure hope they're not trying to make my naps longer!

This is what I do when Bapa is out of my sight for more than two minutes!

I think this little look steals Bapa's heart. Yep, got her right where I want her! :)

Waiting for Grandpa

I thought if I showed some signs of regression to babyhood, Grandpa might want to come sooner to intervene. You remember my baby bouncer, Grandpa? Still fits me ... kinda.

Oh, and then if that didn't work, I thought I'd show him what Grandma and I have been up to as part of our morning routine. This was after walking the hall shouting, "Bapa, Bapa?" when I woke up and couldn't find her. When I finally did find Grandma, I wanted to do everything she was doing ... naturally.

What do you think, Grandpa? You ready to come play BOY with me?

"Bapa" Has Finally Arrived ... Yippeee!!!

After what seemed like YEARS of waiting, "Bapa" has finally arrived! Oh boy did she get the royal welcome when I saw her! Happy Dance and lots of hugs and kisses! She is my favorite best playmate ever! ... She draws for me ...

... and she reads to me ... and plays all day long with me! If ever she is gone for more than two minutes, I run through the house asking, "Bapa? ... Bapa?" ... and then she comes out again and plays with me!

She is helping Mommy sort and organize lots of clothes and toys for my sisters (since no one will have a spare moment to even breathe once they arrive!). Today I helped Mommy and Bapa with their work. Hush, don't tell Daddy ... or Grandpa ... or my uncles!
We work hard and we play hard ... then I like to cuddle with Bapa at the end of the day. Mommy and Daddy who?
Oh, since Grandma is here now, I thought I should show her some of the new tricks I've mastered with Mommy. Turns out she might be a decent teacher afterall. :) ... Oh, note the 'cutting' action I add to the scholastic task associated with the letter 'C'. Sometimes I like to go over and above to show off a bit. Makes Mommy and Grandma happy.

Oh and here I am cutting the cheese with Grandma. Not what you might think ... but just as good! :)

We sure are excited for the other 'Bapa' (Grandpa) to come play with us. Afterall, he did earn the 'Bapa' name first. Wow, TWO Bapas to shower me with love and attention ... what more could a boy want?

Hartline Baby Shower

Here I am with Daddy, getting ready for some guy time while Mommy is at yet another baby shower!

Mommy at 35 weeks preggo with my sisters. Wow Mommy, you sure look like a horse!

Some amazing women put on an amazing party. Check out this yummy spread!

And the over-the-top diaper cake! Wow!

Awesome women of Hartline. So kind and generous to our family! ... and such FUN!

Jump n Party

OK, so we're back to Spokane for yet another week of doctor appointments. This time we stayed with our good friend, Alan. He was SO nice to me ... even took care of me while Mommy and Daddy went out for one of their last dinners on the town for a long while!

Watching Sesame Street at Alan's ...

Think I'll call it a night now ... because Mommy and I have a big day planned tomorrow ...

Here I am at "Jump n Party" ... first time. Mommy's goal was to let me run off some steam. Turned out most of the obstacles were complicated enough that she had to go through them WITH me at first, nice. Not this one. This was the warm up ... baby stuff. :)

Then came the Big Slide ...

And now we start getting more complicated ... but no worries, I eventually mastered this one too.
After mastering three more jumper obstacle courses, we were off to McD's and on our way home. Whew, we survived yet another week in Spokane with Mommy 34.5 weeks preggo ... and counting! I secretly think she might have been more exhausted than I was. Welp, I imagine it's good practice for what's around the corner! :)

Messing Around at Home

Grooming Doggie for the day ...

"HUT ONE, HUT TWO ... CHARGE THE LINE" (always beginning in front of the dishwasher) ... this is one of my favorite games with Daddy ... the other being hours of circle chase around the ottoman!

This is what I do when I want to initiate the game ...

Spokane at the Smith Home

Feeding Doggy before heading to Spokane for the week.

Smith Home, we have arrived. I sure like my sweet friend, Shelby. She's so cute!

And here's her cheesy brother, TJ. Just missing sweet big sister Morgan's pict.

Oh yeah and don't forget Yours Truly, head cheese numero uno ...
Bed time routine

Mommy's Baby Shower from the women at Triumph. Wow, are my sisters already spoiled or what?

Fun diaper cake.
Thanks to a great bunch of very generous women!
Day time play time with TJ and the boy stuff. I sure have fun with the Smith kids!
