Moses Lake Park

A park and my Grandma ... what more could a boy want?!

Bye bye for now ... :)

More Hang Time with Gma and Gpa

Tell me more, Grandpa ...

Stolen BSU hat from Gpa's bedroom! ... carting Peter Cottontail (carefully wrapped in a blanket) around in the truck ...

Grandpa time is GOOD TIMES ... this is the inspiration for the chainsaw action in the final video of my 'Spring Clean Up' post.

Uncle Scot would be proud ... Grandma is training my sisters early to want to be Bronco fans.

So far, I think it's working! Did Uncle Scot pay you for this?

Our sweet and best Grandma ever!

Reading in the tent with Grandma. You see what lengths she will go to for me? Yes, I am completely spoiled!

Oh, and this is one of Grandpa's early morning lessons for me (along with the 'quick draw' and other various life stuff) ... be careful not to sit on the 'rhinoceros horn' in the high chair. This is what will happen to you!

Oh and here is my favorite morning routine with Grandpa (and one of my favorite words): Mexican CHOCOLATE milk ... steaming hot so I have learned to SIP, SIP, SIP

Our First Easter

Grandma and Grandpa with their favorite grandkids (until July, that is!). We are excited to meet our new cous.

The gang's all here on our first Easter together. These are the beginnings of our family ... many good years to come.

Patti and Randy gave my sisters this amazing gift for their room! We love it. Can you make out the princess crown in the center? I will have to look out for my princess sisters since I'm their big brother.

Easter egg hunt ... fun, fun, fun.

And don't forget the most important aspect of Easter ... He is Risen, He is Risen Indeed! We made it to church for the first time since Anna and Addison were born. Good to be back with family.

Six Weeks and Counting

Leah our postmaster gave me an Easter gift. So nice! Bubbles and a book! She's our kind social outlet in Marlin.

This is how we hang at home. Sometimes I think my sisters are fun to play with.

Here I am showing my sisters the ropes with MY old toys. Good thing I've been around the block a few times.

I help when assembly is required.

Why is Grandma choking the baby? :) Addison actually liked this.

Light as a feather, stiff as a board ... :)

Silly girl

If you check back to the blog post "You've Come a Long Way Baby," you can compare Addison's 'tummy time' to mine. Pretty similar.

But I'm still leaps and bounds ahead of my sisters. And don't you forget it, sistas!

Spring Clean Up

Spring was slow to come around here ... hard to wake the sleeping giant ... oh, and the 'boy king' as well! But here I am anyway, helping Daddy clean up the yard for spring.

And I helped Grandpa water our new Russian Olive trees that he and Grandma found for us!

Then Grandpa and I worked on our new garden plot that he created for us. Man, that Grandpa can work! I'm excited to plant some veggies in a few more weeks.

I finished the day by helping Mommy water the plants.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that Daddy and I worked with the chainsaw to buck up some wood around here. It went something like this ...

And that's a wrap. One great weekend of spring cleaning to tidy up the ranch. I like my home.

This is How We Roll ... 6 Weeks Old

Here are some shots of our baby sweetness and smiles ... and a few videos so Mommy can always remember our cute baby movements (since we are definitely her LAST!).
Wonder twin power, activate ... in the form of ... (anyone besides Mommy remember this silly cartoon?) ...

Grandpa loves us so much ... even though he pretends it is a chore to hold us at times. :)

Grandpa working outside with the sweet Lil' Tike. Yes, more cuteness. :)

Spring Chickens and Old Birds

Grandpa made it back in time to celebrate his birthday with us! Yeehaw. I was so excited to see him, I ran to his car when it turned down our drive. Yep, this is me ... two sippy cups, three binkies ... multi-tasking ... uuugh. Spring is finally starting to spring here in Marlin.
Grandpa very kindly added three special trees to our home ... Italian plum for his Anna, peach (nectarine) for his Addison, and apple for Yours Truly, his favorite grandson (until July at least).

Addison's nectarine has blossoms

And our other trees are coming to life too!

Yesterday I helped toward the effort of adding to our greenery ... I planted sunflowers with Mommy (with yet another 'strong-willed ending' that landed me in my room for a bit ... ask Mommy!).

I wrapped up the day with my dear Grandpa who makes best book noises when he reads to me! Oh, what fun! Happy Birthday Grandpa. We love you.
